Born in Kent in 1981, Kris Mulliah graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in English & Creative Studies, and then in 2005 with a Masters degree in Design for Digital Media.

 

His travels have taken him to many countries and he has worked a variety of jobs, including as an insurance underwriter, before becoming a freelance writer in 2015 when he finally quit the 9 to 5 grind to pursue his passion for writing. Kris has since been a full-time writer of fiction, ghost writing novellas and novels across a range of genres, and for different age groups.

Kris’ own compelling and ambitious debut novel has now found a publisher and will be released later in 2021. His inquisitive mind finds everything it meets fascinating and Kris is always keen to learn more, a quality that percolates into his writing and all parts of his life. This extends to his love of cooking, and his quest to visit and scratch off all the countries on the “Scratch The World” map that he shares with his fiancée, with whom he lives in East Riding of Yorkshire.
